Nothing I can tell which I liked about this company Since from day one they delayed my visa Didn't paid me for my travel tickets For Dubai location

Management and work culture Also they didn't had any projects They were just writing proposal for random project with no experience no resources no market research no analysis Just jump and die because it's been sponsored by someone. Management was just busy in praising about themselves rather than bringing projects Management hasno idea how to manage employee how to have policies align nothing I was lucky enough that I left this company in my initial days itself Warning do not join this company even if don't have job especially experience people they will make you do odd jobs and blame you for everything which you are not responsible In short it's managed by group of mad people Stay away from IDC Dubai office...Read More

It is good for those who have selected and they have only one year experience and for those who are getting 12-15 thousand salary.

If IDC/Acuity Knowledge Partners's seniours or Manager will want then they can provide two weekoff alternate to all engineers.If they will want.Its not a tough work to make roster as per my concern.

The company has the potential to grow but due to some old timer HR lady from Dubai seems to be a parasite to the company hitting onto all the talented people due to her insecurity of loosing the power to become the next CEO . God knows when the CEO will realise it.

I like nothing about IDC. The employees of accounts department were completely worst and they didn’t k ew any office etiquettes and never behaved properly

Everything about IDC is to be disliked. The company is somhow running and doesn’t have much future! The top level managers are complete corrupt.

The most important thing about the IDC, they respect to their employees and give security to their female employees, provide all resources for employees benefits, flexible and provide freedom to their employees.

Dislikes

They check bags on daily basis because of data security, might be they are right at their place, but sometimes it feels they don't trust to their employees.
