There's no work pressure. No rotational shifts, morning to evening working hours. All government holidays are holiday to employees. And provide more enough PL / sick / Causal Leaves ( 40 days yearly). Most important is learning part, you can learn everything there. Because this is data centre, you may learn additional technology, purely based on own interest. Lunch would be free. Simple and open answer, there's no hike in salary. Once you join - there should be bond for 2 years. So till bond period - they never give hike. Huge internal politics. I was worked there for 4.5 years, got only 40k hike in my package (which means per year 10k increment). There's no employee welfare, manager will treat you like slave. Uneducated management and policies,lot of politics in team,power of useless managers and seniors,low salary hike after 18 months, terrible client, holiday and Saturday working, oldest technology, landline Phone is family member.
