Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Management which is not pro change but wants the staff to change without proper frameworks or systems in place. Everyday is a struggle just to work with the outdated systems and processes. Management is risk averse but still dreams of competing with the best in the industry. Acute staff shortage but no remedies to address it are being taken or will be taken!
