Likes: I don't think working in the bank itself is a terrible job not only this bank for that matter every bank I could say. The only positive thing I like in this bank is giving a good amount of salary, that's it nothing more. Dislikes: I literally hate selling the LIC policies here especially in this IDBI Bank.For every month each staff has to sell minimum 2 LIC policies and general insurance policies, if not sometimes the regional office will not leave you to go to home and even the employees have no other option left and they themselves take the LIC policies and...
