You’ll get to learn everything about financial market products like equity, MF, Bonds,Fd’s, Insurances (both life and general), loans and other wealth products like AIF and PMS. That is the only thing to like.

Dislikes

You have to deliver on each and every product and target sheet is based on productivity in each product. For promotion you have to again deliver productivity in each product and upon that you also have to deliver home loan targets for promotion. Being an sales representative your incentive is something you work for but at ICICI if you have achieved your targets but failed to deliver certain products like Home loan, FD then they will only give you partial insensitive and will hold your remaining insensitive. They will ask for 3 regular meetings and will ask daily about what will you deliver today. Strict login time for office but you cannot leave office exactly at 6 PM you have to stay in office till 7 or if required more than that. Also lot of politics in the office environment....Read More

Sitting beyond official working hours for no reason, 6 Days working even when it is highly tiring job with unrealistic targets.
