There's nothing to like. You would wish to have a non sales job after joining here. I have resigned and took up a non sales job which pays less but there's at least mental peace to an extent and work life balance. The only good thing at ICICI Securities is salary for freshers.

Dislikes

The culture and the bosses. Everyone cares about sales here. If you don't do sales, don't achieve targets then they would treat you like sh"t and take out your work life balance because you will be made to work for like 12 hours a day. Nobody cares except sales in this company.
