I worked here in Equity Product Group (EPG) department for around 6 months. I didn't at all like working here. There were no scope for learning/skill development, work environment turned toxic after one month of joining and work life balance became terrible. Work satisfaction was zero for me since I didn't like to push sell products to customers, which they don't need or infact won't be beneficial for them, just to achieve my target. Your superior will give you extreme pressure to achieve your target and the targets are so high that one cannot achieve it in honest ways. Even superiors will suggest you to lie to customers but they will never give their consent in writing. So if at anytime a complaint is lodged against you for misconduct to the Regulators (SEBI, RBI, etc.) then GOD help you because you'll be on your own. If you face problem in achieving target, the superiors instead of help solving your problems or giving PROPER TRAINING to you, will insult you in front of your co-workers and tell you to leave the job. They will create the work environment so toxic that you'll be forced to resign from the company. Also you are expected to come office on time but you won't be allowed to leave until you achieve your daily targets.
