Only Work life balance is there. Except this nothing is good. If anyone wants only job security do join, but dont expect growth & salary hike after working very hard.

After working more than five years, I have seen rapid degrowth in work culture after acquiring Bharti Axa . Senior management is only in search of scapegoat to hide their incompetencies. They always failed to take market oriented decision, Biasness has taken over impartiality because of that employees are getting growth on perception basis. People basically in sales are doing well here just because of company’s own brand name. They are getting business from market because Icici Lombard itself a leader in General insurance market. A lot of leaning here because company full support in any kind of proposal acceptance. IT is very good and company will get good growth in coming years as well.

Dislikes

HR is not have strong power here. Like other companies HR is not capable for block leave acceptance of each employee. Work life balance of some of employees are not good. A lot of inter departmental disputes found in business sourcing. Proper manpower distribution is not here hence some employees are getting suffer from workload.
