Senior Manager - MIS

Role & responsibilities

• Handle and lead a team effectively
• Coordinate with managers to understand and fulfill their requirements
• Perform data analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Manage and maintain reports for accurate decision making
• Utilize advance excel skills for data management

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, V-lookup, Macros, VBA etc)
• Experience in report management and data analysis
• Prior experience in a call center mandatory
• Strong Team handling and Coordination skills
• Graduation Mandatory
