Only, the company is good enough holding the title of ICICI. Rest it’s not a good place for a women to work independently!

My experience as an only women with my team hasn’t been great. There was no support at all. The company is indeed good but the employees were never supportive. Expecting a management trainee hired through college campus placement to perform well in Motor Agency, Sales without any prior experience was unfair and unsafe as well. No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here
