It's just that they have projects and alot of work.
The coworkers are not supportive. Most of the employees are from Kerala so there is alot of support from same region employees but for North employees they are not supporting and putting a lot of pressure and also misbehave sometimes. Micromanage us which is insulting to me. They should behave equal to everyone and help someone who joins the team and is new to airlines domain.
