IBIL is a small company but they are ready to provide a lot of good things to its employees like flexible timings, understanding management very good salary increment( will provide atleast 15% per annum). There is no swipe-in/swipe-out logs so no worries about timings.

They will provide good things to only senior employees. Juniors has to suffer. When seniors can have flexible timings, work from home opportunity and all juniors won't get any of these. When juniors need to strictly follow 9-7 working seniors can get in any time and get out any time. In case of seniors company only looking for productivity.
