IBIL is a small company but they are ready to provide a lot of good things to its employees like flexible timings, understanding management very good salary increment( will provide atleast 15% per annum). There is no swipe-in/swipe-out logs so no worries about timings.

Dislikes

They will provide good things to only senior employees. Juniors has to suffer. When seniors can have flexible timings, work from home opportunity and all juniors won't get any of these. When juniors need to strictly follow 9-7 working seniors can get in any time and get out any time. In case of seniors company only looking for productivity. Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
