Best for learnings. All employee are friendly. Seniors are also supportive .However some work culture and company policies must need to be modified in favour of employee. Work load is quite high . Overall good experience and lot of scope for learning.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
