The good thing is there so many people from different different parts and the company ambience is good and feels like you work in a big company. Pay is good.

So much, a company is really nice but some of the people are there inside company are spoiling the image and they are cheap people. A lots of new people become a victim of bad politics, seniors are very unethical and unprofessional. Too much chatugiri and frustrating seniors are there.

There is nothing I liked about the company, being honest I had high expectations with company management, I think I was allocated in a team where there was no professionalism.

Work culture is so pathetic that one has to report 3 people daily basis for no reason no work freedom, "they used to player SENIOR junior games of College" If you are on leave your work remains the same no one is in the backup, Bad Politics, training was not provided in a good way, The guy I was getting my training was a good friendof ATL assistant team leader so you never think of complaining about it, but still I did said I'm being not provided training in a good manner and you know what happened next, Pathetic Team work horrible politics. No not at all as company is asking me more and more money to pay but not at all giving me my money back into my account till now I’ve paid 14lakhs by taking loans from bank but still company is not giving me my money back instead asking me to pay another 13 lakhs

There is no work life balance. Heavy lack of resources. Always pressurising the employees to work on Saturday. Will not get a single leave easily and after all of these promotion is not satisfactory.
