Management is disorganised no clue what to do. Sheetal thinks people are slave. If company has self respect company should kickoff her. Some people like sheetal munden ruined company! Company do favour on such pathetic employee, that is the reason company is not growing.

Absolutely no work-life balance. The role is data entry, with task limited to check lines - far from what was advertised. excessive work pressure with constant changes in procedures. Management monitors employees for every minute of the day, but basic facilities like sufficient washrooms and functional air conditioning are neglected. Long hours of working, including employees working late at the office and continuning work from home. Zero opportunities for career development or skill building. Frequent test(1-mont,3mont,6month,1yr, appraisal) with 80% passing requirement, which feels pointless as most tasks rely on macros. Salary concept is just like the same as a construction labour. The day we go we get paid. No concept of sick leave in this company. 2500₹ is charged as miscellaneous benefits which includes food, AC, electricity bill. Food provided sometimes does food poisoning. Work culture is toxic. My collageues wor from 11 am to 2 am and sometimes 3 am and that from office (includes females as well). Pathetic company. Never wish to work again for them....Read More

No job security. They tell you to resign by giving silly reasons which are not even relevant. Even after doing a good work they would say your concepts are not clear. Poor mangement and TL. God knows on what basis they judge or they just randomly pull out a name to fire them. Highly not recommended.

There are many dislikes. Hectic work schedules, lot of pressure given to the employees at the execution part, partiality in between employees (office politics - rather than working, you have to be sweet talker). I got the job through the college placement, that time they took 2 rounds of exam followed by an interview.. still I have to appear for the test and interview after the 6 months in company and basis on their silly criterions and false feedbacks, I couldn't qualify the test and then I have to resign from the company. So, if you are applying here at your initial stages of career, think twice before joining cause there is no job security and less work life balance....Read More

To be Honest there's Nothing to like about

The most irritating part is that there's no proper work schedule after every 2 months you'll have to work 3 extra week ends that means you'll get only 1 week off and if you took a leave aur even a half-day between entire 3 weeks time then you'll not be paid for the extra working day

Highly Toxic TLs, you are not judged on the basis of the work instead on basis of flattery. Management doesn't care employees and are heavily relied on TLs. 11+ working hours in a day. Monotonous work after a point of time
