No HR Policy, Hire and Fire culture. What is written in offer letter ,They don't bother , They fire with immediate basis without any notice as per contract. Work culture is pathetic. Have to work long hour ,Works never ends here.

Everything. SVP - Technology is treating his employees badly and illtreated. Comes to office by 12.00 noon (till 12.00 noon thinks whom to fire that day) sits in a meeting room with his coterie - Digital Scrum Master and a few others and bad mouthing about everyone on their back. Everyday employees are terminated. Every day - Performance warning emails are sent on the instructions of SVP by his coterie scrum master - who has no authority or expertise to validate the work being done by the team. Useless HR Manager. Incompetent leadership team in i-exceed. TDS yet to be paid to IT Authorities for all of the 500+ employees for the entire FY and so is EPF. Salaries never paid on-time. Extreme toxic environment. Voiceless and useless HR. SVP ruling the company like a hitler. If any questions asked, direct termination and threats. Management itself is unclear about the vision and requirements and they are unethically terminating people when they are tensed. Never recommend this company to anyone.

Don't join this company.initailly they used to help...but after some days if we ask for any help or any clarification they pretend to be helping but they wont help and tell us to ask to some other person in the project group. And when we ask for doubt clarification in work..team leader will complain to project manager. Here the timings are strict for only our batch...Me and my colleague used to join at 9 in the morning and leave at 6:30 in the evening.For every single personal work also we need to take permission for lunch break or any.
