Small company with 80-100 employees. Company has 4 founders all of them are ex Infosys employees.
Only join the company if it's the last available option. Be aware of CTO of the company he is the most toxic and arrogant person. No work from home. There main concern is not to make sure that the work is being completed but it's to keep the employee occupied even if there is no work. Micromanagement (founders bringing there old company culture) common guys things have changed!

I love the entire work culture and work-life balance the most. Secondly, appraisals are really good but hikes can be better for the people who are working great and generating extraordinary results so that they stay for long.
