I would like to mention that career progressions are based on performance, and the company provides the trainings and opportunities for the employees to grow professionally. Everyone is approachable - The managers, leaders - everyone offers a helping hand. And I feel like I'm being a part of something Big. The support system available here is exceptional, and I must say the communication channel with in the organisation is great too.
