Work life balance : Alternate Saturday's are working. - because who doesn’t like spending half their weekends at work? Job security : if you are looking for stability, this is not the place. Barely 10% employees last more than 2 years. In 2024 alone, nearly 200 people came and went. The HR department who directly report to the so called ‘CEO’ has only one employee lasted over a year. That should tell you something. Company culture : What culture ? The management style is a mix of unpredictability and ego battles. Employees start the day by asking “what is the mood of the CEO today?” Because his mood swings dictate the work. He changes his mind so often that even weather forecast are more reliable. And let’s not even get started on the view employees- it’s more like servant- master than team. And we have a saaar maaaadam culture. And they don’t like people being happy. Mental health impact: if you enjoy constant stress, walking on egg shells and having zero say in your work, this is your paradise. Management believes they are always right. And employees are just there to type out their thoughts. You ideas? Not welcome Your well being?? Not a concern. People management: they say people first. But what they mean is profit first. People…. Somewhere down the list. They may be making money but in terms of actual leadership and employee engagement? A big ZERO. FAKE REVIEWS: if you are impressed by the glowing online reviews, just know that most of them are “encouraged” by management. Marketing team even used to write the reviews for the employees. You can’t find any better place to start your career. Better to experience the worst at first. Ps : do not remove this review as it speaks truth. If management feels that it is false. Have the guts to do an anonymous survey within office. You can also take from people who left in last 2-3 years. May be 500 of them 😂...Read More
