People. If you’re a South Indian you’re finished. Day 1 in my intro call they talked about this in open forum and said let’s see how long he will hold. 3rd month my boss called me and said get out. Very hostile working environment based on ethnicity. In policy everything will be shining, under the surface everyone is an animal. Justbecause you’re working for an institution with nice words on paper, you can’t change the character of a person. It actually aggravates. Sadly I spent my 6 months to realise this.
