I would like to mention that career progressions are based on performance, and the company provides the trainings and opportunities for the employees to grow professionally. I have been working here for nearly 4 years. The management provides opportunity to grow and train to support. The support system available here is exceptional, and I must say the communication channel with in the organisation is great too.
