- No proper policy, cannot be relay on policy, it changes for every employee and based on the situation - Beware of all commitments they promise, all fake.. - Dont expect water, tissue, hygiene in rest rooms - Should be like working under miser corporation (Need extreme sacrifice)

Worst company, no benefits. No job security. They pay bonus at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.

There is no project and no response this is the worst company that I had faced and now am facing many problems because of this company simply they put us on bench without giving projects simply they call to Chennai office and they terminate us

HTC is thegreat place to work for someone who expects work like balance and it has good company culture. I have never faced any pressure on work and the higher management employees are really good to listen lower management employee's concern.

They do no have any on-demand learning to get certified or master on it but they have come up with LinkedIn learning now. still they need to improvise on learning and development.

I worked for Ford Client in ODC project in Chennai Mepz location. There is one person who is senior director. I have never met a such toxic & abusive person in my professional life. He won't let us work and blame us for the delay. He will ask us do some work that something not even the client wants. Clients are asked us to work in Hybrid model and he didn't allow us to work in Hybrid model. Even he lied to the clients that we are working in Hybrid model only. He just wants to prove that my plan & my way of work is worked because of that only you achieved. If we tell him, this is a unnecessary double work he simply say do what I said. If you give any practical solution. He will corner you & scold even abuse with words infront of whole team. He won't even care about manager's word. He abuses managers even more worsen. He made us to work on weekends & govt holidays without any comp off. HR won't care if you complain about him. Because he is the decision maker of all the things. Because of losing Job or termination, people are scared of him and didn't against him. The only way to get rid of him is to resign the organization. I don't think I like anything from this company

I worked for Ford client. The Ford projects were handled by a guy named Balaji Desikan. Eventhough the company has good reputation before this guy is spoiling the name by abusing his employees and their families. He looks to be having serious mental health condition cause in meetings instead of planning and talking about technologies with engineers he tells his prideful stories and wastes the times of those engineers. He is extremely self conscious and abuses anyone who brings a better idea. If you oppose his points he would call you names. I don't know who appointed such an immature person as a delivery head for such a big client like Ford. Because of his abuses some people had gone to an extent of suicide. I think soon cause of him the company will get into trouble. There is no professionalism or practicality in the way he talks. He just want to make the employees work for 16 hrs if they refuse he will treat them badly. He even abuses women and easily gets away with it. He often comes to the meeting as if he is going to handle everything but in truth he just abuses everyone for a full day and calls name on managers of the project, establishes himself to be superior and tells his stories and he wastes a full day. Then he asks for productivity of the day cause of that we need to work at late nights. He wants people to work on weekends and in holidays as if we are going to get the salary of a CEO and he won't give the allowances. We can't even come out to drink water he will immediately assume that we are wasting time such a worse culture he is maintaining in the organization. I never seen such an immature person in this height. Anyway I am leaving this company hence I don't have to worry. It all depends on the Client and the Manager whom you’re working with. Regular appraisals. Work life balance. If you are performing well there are good chances for H1B. If your shift ends after 10 PM, you have the cab facility regardless of the gender. No counterparts. You directly deal with the clients.

Dislikes

Very less night shift allowance. Financial team is not at all reachable. Smaller hikes. Not a great infrastructure. Don’t even have a good cafeteria. Even the associate managers are just like any other developers.

By any chance If you ask increment though you are eligible you will be kicked out of company. As sooon you asked you will get call from HR to tell about your LWD. This is great company who want to work like a S L A V E S.

Work is so simple..but nothing to learn inside the project and cant expect fair treatment in promotions...there is even no criteria for promotions..they just choose who they want to be as a TL, Manager...No client interaction......
