You can pass your time but do not expect any learning or growth.

Dislikes

No clear vision, roadmap for company. Bunch of top management came & go within a short span. No clear policies and even no one bothers about reaching out to employees for issue resolution. It can be streamlined easily as people are working in those departments. No or less appreciation to employees who are at client site.

HR people working for a recovery agent Jobs. They are forgetting the about the HR role. The worst culture. HTC don't have much projects...I strongly not recommend don't choose the opportunity.

Htc is best to start the career as it has lot of learning opportunities and many projects in hand.

Dislikes

Htc always bids projects shorter timeline and try to engage developer to work day and night which results in lesser code quality. Happens for most projects.
