Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview was a technical one which started with my current role and current work. There were 2 rounds over all. First one was purely technical which including my working areas and how I work in agile model and deep technical questions which lasted for an hour.

2nd round is about my managing skills and how good I take up a scenario and how much I can strech myself when required . I better suggest you to be sure what you are ready for how much you are willing to join organization that would definitely help the manager to understand your interest. Good thing about interview here is ..they asked about my interest and wants from organization. As I was always willing to cross train myself they offered me the same oppertunites in future . So it was good ,hoping all the promises to be fulfilled and I get trained for respective technologies I was looking for
