Absolutely nothing this place is so unmanageable, these people only know to pressure people and give threats of so many parameters and more over this place does not have mental satisfaction.

There is no mental peace in the process that i work for, remotely working from home so difficult. Procedures here dont make sense and customer serving customers here are like getting our respect down. The contact centre job here has literally put me and people into issues in mental healthy and physical health. Very disappointing inworking for such a big company. HSBC is One of the Worst Companies I have ever worked with, my Father met with an Accident On 18th Of October and since I am the Only son who was and is taking care of My Father Asked for a Simple Resignation so that I can be with my father and help him , my mum passed away last year in 2020 and I only have my father and When It comes to Professional life or your parents I Believe everyone in this world will choose their parents, my ask was simple, I told them that I will not be able to work as I am taking care of my father and as they have a Policy that if an Employee cannot serve the notice period they will have to buyout, I requested them for a Waiver as my savings has been spent on my Father's surgery and they rudely denied, I Spoke to the Manager, Deparment manager and the VP of the company and requested them for a Waiver and asked them to help me with my re-leaving letter and my experience letter so that after 4-6 months I can apply and get a Job, what I have been told by them is to hide this experience of HSBC and to lie in my Interviews, I told them that I have never ever lied in my interviews and will never lie in the future. The behaviour was Unprofessional, I Have Given 15 precious months to HSBC and with a lot of hardwork and dedication and this Is what has been told by them, I would never ever prefer anyone to join this pathetic Company who talks about Employee and family wellbeing, That is a lie....Read More

Overall HSBC is good company. But the Indian management just overloads employees with too much work and no proper vision to the management. If it's wasn't for the Indian management I would rate hsbc 5 star.

Too competitive. Need to hire better people with open minds. It's like you run a race in your own team rather than being a team. And it's totally based on numbers as long as you get the numbers doesnt matter how you get it your job is secure.

Work from home and work from office I dont see much difference, I feel same so much of pressure and torture they give which we are not able to take over.. they make process so complicated and what we know about the process we may forget and they are making us do things what the line managers are supposed do which is not fair at all. Salary hike should be given not only looking at the performance the way how the agent is with everyone, how he or she in job, hardworker but no motivation given I'm not getting identified for the work I do. I got best efficient call taker for the entire management but no body knows apart from my manager no mail is sent.. HSBC is giving opportunity only for the person who is close to managers friends, party rocking people bickering people, not for the people who is hardworker and think job is like a god for them.....Read More

Not recognized for the work what your doing? No motivation given. No appreciation.. Not paid good for the work I do.. less increment , I have family I'm the only one who works , hsbc knows that very well still the hike is very less with that money I cant lead a family
