Depends upon process, management and team, where there is team work and proper appreciation for work beyond the JD.

Some process, team, manager and even hierarchy are worst than ever, inspite of doing long shifts which extends till 10-12 hrs, no support or no steps are taken to solve this issue in process, work improvement or work life balance. As if management doesn't care of their employees. Some managers are very dominant, will treat you as bonded labour. Your planned leaves will get cancelled as there's always a business requirement. Rather than doing smart work team likes to follow the old long procedure. Even when you try to improve the process, no one shows any interest in it then at the year end if you challenge your process, manager and this bondage labourhood, you will get an inconsistent rating even they can't show you any prove or any matrix. Work culture is good. Good amount of work pressure. There is no issue regarding taking your leaves. They encourage you to utilize your leaves.

Since its a hybrid working now, very minimum flexibility give to the relocated employees. Increments are not as expected. Work wise its ok. No data science is actually involved in the team that I work in. The opportunities for learning and career growth are very less.
