Job security and work culture is good and leave policy is good.

Dislikes

Management says they are supportive but when needed they do not support even for health issues. Career and growth is very slow. General Policies and rules as a company are different for different process even though they are working for same company. They need to hire more people but they do not do that and pressurise old ones.
