Only 2 things: 1) Flexible shift timings (as per the manager's mood) 2) Technical training and support to learn new tools

Obviously, HR Department!!! Management Department (Especially the one who leads everything from CEO to Admin-work) They don't value their employees. The salary is much less than compared to the market. Other benefits are like, dinner or pizza once a year with a glass of cold drink to you for drowned and die with the burned self-respect.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
