Despite contributing significantly to the company’s success, I didn’t receive the respect I deserved. The company claims to be international but operates like a local business. Long 12-hour shifts after a few days. The organization seems to be declining in traffic. Avoid if possible.

Nothing good to say about company. (They do have good street food outside company premises)

Doesn't have a proper management .The company itself doesn't know what they are doing,terrible hr department.If there is an issue we definitely can't reach out to hr ,they will make the situation worse and makes it seems like it is employees problem and will start shouting . Super toxic enviromnent .If you are planning to join this firm please don't. Even if you join there will be no benifits, within 2 months you will definitely quit,the notice period is of 3 months and they will not make you complete those 3 month and withing that period you will be fired . At the end you will not have any experience certificate ,and you may get new trauma for work places. Don't even have a single good point to say, Joined this organization with huge expectations and sacrificed may things for this job but right now I regret. My experience with Houzeo was painful. I had moved to the city for this job. In the beginning it was fine. But soon the job became mundane and you do the same pointless exercises while being pressured under nothing short of a dictatorship. I believe writing is a very subjective thing. But they rate you based on their preferences and give you gradings that can affect your mental health. They even classify you under terms like "bad writers" and make you go through public humiliation. But the true cherry on top was after my resignation. The behaviour from the management to the HR turned passive aggressive. They failed to communicate details and if you ask for any they behaved as if you hurt their precious ego. Apart from being unprofessional the sheer number of people that left during just my tenure will give you a brief idea of what they do to you.
