I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Employee are great yet the management failed to understand the struggle of the employee. The employee are underpaid and make to work excessively beyond the pay. Reporter doesn't get TA/DA. Do not expect any incentives or add up to your salary instead be ready to get your salary deducted and keep the apology letter ready if there happens to be a technical glitch which is not even your fault.
