Japanese & Indian Management doesn't have any know-how on how to run an organization. It is not an R&D organization. It just an side-office for global R&Ds of Honda. People occupying senior positions are highly egoistic and take decision in their own favor rather than organizational favors. There is no work-life balance. Employees work till 2 AM and asked to come next morning at 8 AM. Japanese people talk disrespectfully to Indian employees. They abuse many a times to Indian employees HR in this company is useless. They only for senior management. lack of empathy in whole organization. employees are treated like machines. Those who want to join this company, please think multiple times...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
