Its all about the owner and Management that they take good care of the employees and pay timely salary. Home's r us has grown during the last 10 years from its 5 showrooms to 16 in the UAE + 4 more in other gulf countries. I love the product spread and it has taken the attention most of all UAE locals and expats in the country.Management is open to it's employees which made me to work in the company more like my home. Recent changes of the Management, even though they are mostly grown within the company but they don't plan or take desicion of Retail business as per current market conditions.
