No HR policy exist ,No company Policy here.Only 4 ,5 flattery type person works here on which behalf owner of company takes decision. I worked here as a Design Engineer for aprx.2 years But was not able to explore my Learning Ability even I graduated from a reputed college. HOD having a great exp.of 24 years but not able to take anydecisions due to narrow mindset of superior management and low standard politics.
