Holcim GHBS has been a great place to work. There are numerous opportunities for people who aspire to learn and grow, all that anyone need is genuine efforts and openness to learn. The feedback from people is heard here and there is constant efforts from the Senior leadership and HR in creating more opportunities, focused development plans for people, improving the work culture and work life balance of the employees. Happy to be part of the P2P department which never runs short of new challenges, opportunities, appreciations and rewards. Thanks to the P2P Tower head Janardhana Reddy for creating opportunities and visibility for people, for setting benchmark in all aspects, and most importantly for creating a transparent and toxic free work environment. The 5th year anniversary celebration of GHBS was heartwarming when all employees were given with Silver coin as a token of appreciation irrespective of their tenure. The employees who completed 5 yrs in the organization were also recognized with 'Long Term Service Award' which felt very special and overwhelming.
