Holcim GHBS is one of the best shared services industries, I’ve ever worked for. Higher management is very keen on creating opportunities for the employees with various training online and offline. Almost all the cultural events are celebrated, sports competitions are conducted as a part of employee engagement. Blood donation camp and free complete health check up was done for all employees. Employees were provided with a 50grams of silver coin for the 5 Anniversary of the GHBS Centre in Navi Mumbai ,which was a memorable and remarkable gesture by the Centre head SM Mohan Raj, and the Exco members. 50K reward being provided to the employees who had completed 5 years with the Holcim GHBS. Everything I like about company in terms of benefits and learning opportunities provided by this organization is tremendous. Salaries offered is also at good as per the industries. Employee engagement activities are organized by HR every months and all festive seasons celebration is organized by HR is also good. A great place to work with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. People are well taken care and I guess is the main reason for low attrition. I was overwhelmed with the 5 year celebration where the company provided every employee with 50 grams of silver coin irrespective of their tenure, and 50 K for the employees who had completed 5 years with the company.

I like the work environment of the company. All the staff from every department is very helpful & supportive. The company also carries out various programs for employee welfare.

I would like to highlight that there should be fixed holidays for all employees for some important festivals like Diwali, Holi, etc. rather than keeping it optional.

Hybrid culture with Friendly peers. Other departments are far better except P2P department. Transport and Food facilities. Timely engagement activities by HR and Admin Team. Best place to work except Cons mentioned in description.

Biased Upper management especially in P2P department. HR blind foldedly supports all Managers which ends up with no Employee voice counted. Salary below industry standards. P2P Tower Head always supports and cultivates South Indian workforce in Holcim, which results in toxic environment in P2P department.
