Salary, erp system was very good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Poor cod remit process. Petty cash issue. Theft by local management, Grouping, excess duty.

Work Details

I was joined as Hub Incharge but unfortunately new appointed SH was my junior of my earlier company. As per his instruction my TL didn't help me to run smooth operation. SH was misbehave to me therefore I bound to leave from that organization.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
