Working at HitechDigital has been a fantastic experience! Right from the work culture to the opportunities for growth, Hitech provides a very supportive environment for all its employees. The management and the team members are very cooperative, understanding and friendly. I remember how the company went above and beyond and helped all the employees who were affected by the COVID crisis. CAUTION: think before your say yes to the offer letter. 1) Most toxic working culture 2) NO management at all for any level 3) They will find reasons at the end of the year to you less hike 4) Imagine the state of the company in which the following people have quit in the last 3-4 months a) HR Head b) Senior Director of two major departments (c) senior managers of various departments 5) The employees who are part of this pathetic company since many years (like literally some people are here since 20 years) think themselves whole and sole and they will never want any new people take charge of anythings and the HODs will always seek suggestions from these people dosent matter what position you are at this company. 6) The CEO will always consult the whole senior management for small things like approvals. He dosen't have his own word. He increases the yearly targets like bits of paper making the life worse. 7) many departments are allocated to one single person who then dosn't have time to give approvals resulting to your work load. 8) Many people here are since last 20-22 years still they are on senior executive position, I wonder who are they still slugging here. 9) they keep on firing people like throwing garbage. You will be always under the pressure of surviving here with the tension of being fired. 10) you become friend with whom also matters to the people here. If they find you gelling up with other department guy/girl it would become a talk of the company. 11) HR policies are a big time joke. Holidays are very less. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment they resort to personal attack to personal attack on employees private lives, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and mistreat. Dislikes

There is a systematic approach to dealing with every problem that properly follows all hierarchical checkpoints, which sometimes becomes a bit cumbersome & time consuming.
