I have grown so much since I started working for this company. I have learned so many skills from my peers and seniors and have passed on my knowledge to my juniors as well. I love the environment here. No organization has a better working environment than this organization.

Dislikes

Only the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off. You have to work on the 1st 3rd and 5th Saturdays. Salary growth is very low.

Dislikes

There is a systematic approach to dealing with every problem that properly follows all hierarchical checkpoints, which sometimes becomes a bit cumbersome & time consuming.
