No salary hike if you work more also & no career growth only job security is good and big problem is Management is very poor not able to manage projects that’s why loss some projects and Managers favouritism is if some don’t have skills they got more salary hike due to favouritism but what about those who work hard?

There nothing to like about this company , don’t have much projects No work life balance. After accepting the offer letter they change the words and project. Sitting remotely and they decide our future not on work basis.

You don’t get the laptop at day one you need to wait for Atleast 1 month before you get an official mail id also… only recommended and referred candidates they take care , appreciations. No matter how much you work you don’t get recognition..

Managers are not supportive, Also if we are on bench they don't provide salary for single day also. Other companies provide for atleast 45 days. .

There is no proper work alignment management, how to distribute work to an engineer. There is no specific SME for the particular Technology, tickets assign to each and every engineer whether he is suitable or not, this always embarrass the engineers in front of customer. Engineer is assigned tasks without knowledge and even without proper training.
