Too much work load People are not paid adequately with respect to the work they do on a daily basis Promotions/IJP's are not based on performance but are based on how much you can chat your Manager's feet HR says we can take holidays, then the Manager says we should know better as employees and not take leaves. The best part is that they themselves will be on leave for that optional off. If you are a dedicated employee they will work you to death. No appreciation for quality/good work. Expected to do whatever is required by buisness beyond your job description. Work volume promised is way surpassed as time progress. High work load for starting positions. Unsustainale buisness practices and incapable to meet promises mmade to employees.
