This company is a direct selling product (fmcg) . My role is increasing sell and developing organisation.

Dislikes

This is not a job this is a like business. Income not fixed, Future is insecure. Most one reason is my parents is very illness . So I decided give up.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
