No projects at all for electronics. Most of the employees are on bench. Even the managers are on bench. No new learnings. They directly declined for giving any trainings. Appraisal is not given on the basis of work you are done, it is given on the basis of attendance you are filling on time or not. And even if you are on project then also you will get hike less than the bench people. Zero job security. If your project is end then they will told you to give resign....Read More
