They do not have any inhouse project, if you want to work go for client location as a external that too only few clients. If not then bench is the only option. If you will be on bench for long term in year then no hike, they gave rating 2 with no change in ctc. Graduate engineer trainee are on bench from more then a year. No scope for trainee as client also wants experience candidate.

HTL provides regular trainings on technical as well as non-technical subjects that helps individual for career growth. Work-life balance & salary structures are also pretty much satisfying.

Dislikes

HTL can improve to offer positions based on employee experience and knowledge relative to relevant openings. And also promotion & appraisal policies can be improved.

Good Work Culture, Proper work life balance, Electronics projects are less though the goal of the company is well defined.

Dislikes

Projects are needed, proper experienced invididuals are needed for the upcoming projects. Need to focus on own projects don't simply send people to client location.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
