No projects at all for electronics. Most of the employees are on bench. Even the managers are on bench. No new learnings. They directly declined for giving any trainings. Appraisal is not given on the basis of work you are done, it is given on the basis of attendance you are filling on time or not. Appraisal was delayed; no salary arrears for the delayed months. No meetings on a quarterly, yearly, or monthly basis. No appreciation mails, employee awards, or joining kits. No proper communication from the management level. No team outings, no employee appreciation rewards for gratuities. Many more to be listed but yet to be said.
