The best part of this company is job security. No matter what is your performance, It will never fire you until its matter of integrity.

You won't find even a single thing for self development. There is only one HR for whole north India region, who is so arrogant that you can't call me because you know nothing will ganna happen. Coming to compensation part, the salary of product executive (who is equivalent to branch manager and responsible for all branch related activities) is bit higher than the the office boy of the branch. Coming to increment part, no matter how hard you worked whole year, that just depends on your relation with the state head. And if by chance you get the increment that will be nothing more than 4 pizzas in a month. (In monerty terms of course)...Read More
