Internal Audit Executive (CA Qualified/ CMA)

Roles and Responsibility:

Conduct comprehensive audits of internal processes and products across various departments to assess efficiency, compliance, and performance.

Identify areas of risk, inefficiency, or non-compliance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Develop and implement audit plans and schedules based on departmental needs, objectives, and potential risks.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and ensure timely and accurate audit processes.

Review policies, procedures, and workflows for internal departments, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and industry standards.

Prepare clear, concise, and objective audit reports detailing findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.

Work closely with department heads to provide guidance and training on best practices for process improvement and compliance.

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up to ensure corrective actions are taken.

Stay up to date with relevant audit standards, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure the organizations processes remain compliant.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive company information
