Executive - Internal Audit

Role & responsibilities

SOX - Internal Control Testing

Perform audit activities related to SOX and ICFR

Performing walk through, test of design and test of operating effectiveness

Assist in providing internal controls details to external auditor

Making reports and driving improvement in internal control deficiences

Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective SOX compliance

Internal Audit

Perform process review of business process

Identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement in the processes

Review and evaluate the company's policies and procedures

Conduct audit of transactions like checking invoices, claims, supporting evidence, authorisartion, etc

Monitor the implementation of recommendations and execute remedial actions

Preferred candidate profile

Education

(degree / diploma)

• MBA in Finance / M.Com. / Inter CA

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel is must)

Leadership / Managerial Attributes

• Internal Controls, ICFR, SOX, Internal Audit,
• Knowledge of Financial Standards, Basic Auditing and accounting
• Ability to quickly understand business processes
• Self-Driven & motivated, comfortable to work in a cross functional environment with senior management
• Good analytical/ quantitative skills
