Very poor work ethics. They will force you to process files of defaulters and manipulate you into forging documents on behalf of clients, then when obviously client defaults again they will force you to make the collection from the clients or pay from your own pocket. They have no no proper working system of backoffice, FI, Credit, Sales or collection; everything has to be done by you from sourcing to disbursement to collection. There is no work time, you have to be available from 7 in the morning till 12 at night. They have two separate entities, one is HLF and other is HSL, if you are in HLF then salary and appraisals can be expected but for HSL people salary is low and you will never get promotion or raise. Politics is very high and everything in this organisation is manual (no automatic evaluation of performance) so there is a lot of nepotism and your actual performance never materialise into appreciation/Appraisal. I had even informed of unethical practices of processing files with forged OD clearance and forged CIBIL to seniors but everything backfired on me. Apparently seniors know everything. It was actually challenging and if anyone can continue working for around 3 year's. He can be a allrounder in sales and marketing.

Work life balance is terrible and with zero benifits and compensation. Even if you perform well the authority will not appraise your performance and growth is very slow

It was not good you have to work even on sundays and holidays because you will be using your personal laptops and mobile. So work life balance was challenging and the same time it is terrible also.
