1) Technically they are far away the app they are using is very backdated. 2) Don't have a clear vision what they want and what they want to become. 3) Too much paperwork where all are others using app they are simply relying on paperwork where the can cut the cost.

...s no work time, you have to be available from 7 in the morning till 12 at night. They have two separate entities, one is HLF and other is HSL, if you are in HLF then salary and appraisals can be expected but for HSL people salary is low and you will never get promotion or raise. Politics is very high and everything in this organisation is manual (no automatic evaluation of performance) so there is a lot of nepotism and your actual performance never materialise into appreciation/Appraisal. I had even informed of unethical practices of processing files with forged OD clearance and forged CIBIL to seniors but everything backfired on me. Apparently seniors know everything. It is unfortunate for such a prestigious group like Hinduja but this organisations management atleast in middle management level is extremely unprofessional and unethical.

It was actually challenging and if anyone can continue working for around 3 year's. He can be a allrounder in sales and marketing.

Work life balance is terrible and with zero benifits and compensation. Even if you perform well the authority will not appraise your performance and growth is very slow

Less work pressure compare to other company ,salary sometimes credit before the stipulated time

Salary is very very poor, even a autowala earn more ,and the company don't provide the salary whatever is communicated in placement talk,if someone is thinking to earn some money I must warn them that you will be in shocked

...rk culture is toxic and demoralizing, with little to no support from management. The salary is well below industry standards.
