Learning And Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Learning and Development Executive to support training operations, handle LMS queries, coordinate with vendors, and assist in overall L&D activities. The role also includes ensuring induction course completion, maintaining training data, and supporting content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on induction course completion for new employees & Recertification for Existing employees.
• Collect, consolidate, and maintain training data (MIS).
• Handle and resolve employee queries related to the LMS.
• Coordinate with vendors for content creation and training sessions.
• Support overall L&D activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in L&D or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and basic MS Office tools.
